We miss you!!! MTN to barred subscribers

Communication giant MTN sent the above message to its large subscribers 

many have been barred from the network  for not neglect to register thier SIM cards.

In a bid to get them back, the network giant have offered N1000 worth of free credit to subscribers after registration.
